Happy New Year!

2010 is finally here and with it comes opportunity and optimism. This is the year when we increase our majority in the Georgia legislature, flip a house in Congress, and elect Georgia's first Republican Commissioner of Labor. Without a doubt you have received emails from every statewide candidate asking for your help to end 2009 on a high note. Well, I would like to start 2010 with a bang. Because we are unable to raise money during the legislative session, I need your financial support. Help me raise $10,000 in just 6 short days.

We are the only Republican candidate in this race and we are the only statewide candidate facing an incumbent. It's time to "Get Georgia Working." We need a Labor Commissioner who will work to bring economic development to our state, so that we can give those who are unemployed a job, not a government handout. These are tough economic times and it is clear that the Federal government does not have a clue how to help America. If Georgia wants to grow, it is up to us to make it happen. We are on our own.
